"Bawas Yan" or "Bawas 'yan" or "Bawas iyan.", means "That's a decrease".
"Bawas" means decrease
"Yan" (formally iyan) means "that".

Bawas is like less, decrease, lacking, insufficient, minus, deducted, subtracted. Bawas yan should probably mean it's already been subtracted or lessen. YAN is that or this.
