Weight concern at risk?

Hello

My story is, the past few years I been eating meat, bread, and sometimes fruits and vegetables, which is not good I guess. But I always drink water(lots every day) and rarely other drinks(maybe very few times), im overweight. Regarding what I said, am I at risk or is the water help cut the calories slowly?

    Did you try a different diet plan? Im going to use my husband as an example, he was 300pounds he stand about 5'11 it took him couple of months to shed all of those extra pounds, all we did is change out our diet plan, and walk about half hpur a day just around the nibor hood, his weight problems had him at risk of hart attack, well his family has a history of that, but anyways now he look and feel good and healthy
