Both my nostrils are clogged?
Help! :( It's been like a week and both my nostrils are always clogged or sometimes one is and then it switches. I don't know what it is my house is clean and I don't even think its allergies. It's driving me crazy I can't mother effing breathe and I have an anxiety disorder so going out and not breathing 100% is torture for me I'll get huge panic attacks since I can't breathe already. What do I do?? :/ I can't sleep at night I wanna cry Dx

Take allergy medicine. If not boil some hot water and stand ove r the water breathe into the water be careful though. Or you could always wash your face or take a nice warm shower. Or try to blow your nose! Your nose is clogged and my nose is runny! Haha! Feel better!:)
