A good man is charasmatic a strong, rational, independent leader, who is a natural fighter and lover, he is good at solving mechanical problems and is a strong athlete who can handle a lot of psychological stress, he's his own man, not conforming to bs and not having much ego.

A good woman is energetic, fun, loving and above all caring, she's a supporter and motivator, she is real and doesn't try to be anything but, she is very understanding and easy to talk to while most men are not strong sympathisers in this manner, so if you have a problem and want more than the be rational and calm explanation she can really help you out. Finally, she is completely wholesome, this includes her willingness within the bedroom ;)

Source(s): My take on a subjective answer, but when you sit back and look at ideals I suppose this is what you get, really the things I listed are clearly male vs female, but few of either sex possess all of them to an absolute degree.

You can't compare a man to a woman. Each is different. But a man, and a woman, complement each other. In other words, one man and one woman (together) is one unit. They are a complementary pair.

I think who knows what is good and what is bad than after the both personalities follow the good they become good other wise bad

There should be no difference each should compliment the other in an overall ideal. Its the lacking in something that differentiates them from one another.

The good woman probably has less muscle mass than the good man, and almost certainly has different genitalia.

No difference, other than their sex. A good person is a good person.

A good woman supports her man, follows his lead, speaks her mind but in a respectful way and understands that he's in control. She doesn't use sex as a weapon. She takes care of her responsibilities, she doesn't depend upon men to make her needs, she knows how to convey her feelings, she has self respect, she isn't overly emotional or irrational, she does things in moderation. A good man supports his woman, listens when she speaks, isn't overbearing, doesn't tear her down, doesn't dominate her improperly. He takes care if his responsibilities, he doesn't depend upon others to keep him going. He is kind, respectful, patient, not excessively prideful. The first answer you got "gender" really does sum it up in one word. They should be virtually the same.

It depends on their individual personalities and how their cultures allow them to express their goodness.

a good man is someone who knows what and when to do things at just the right time to satisfy you

a good woman is someone who knows when not to do things that would dissatisfy you at that moment

None past gender it would seem.

That, and I'd be inclined to ask one out on a date and no way would I ask the other.
