DVC Memphis PR 12's able to get 2 ohms?
I have two Memphis PR 12 DVC subs, and a PPI Sedona 1300.1D amp. I know the amp is 2 ohm stable, but my subs are rated at 250wRMS, 500wPEAK, and I want to know if I should keep it wired in series at 520W RMS (assume that means its 260w per sub, right?)
Would it be stupid to wire these subs parallel at 2ohms on the amp? Can it even be done without blowing the amp?
If I did wire it parallel at 2 ohms, that would be pushing 900w RMS, which would be 350W per sub, correct? Would it blow the subs, or would it handle it since its peak for each sub is 500w?
Sorry if I sound dumb, I went and bought all this crap and had it professionally installed but the bass seems weak really unless I crank it up way loud.
Thanks in advance.

the peak power on the subs mean almost nothing.
you need to have them wired like this

having it wired at 4 ohms to the amp is actually almost a perfect match for your subs, the reason why it doesnt sound loud is just because 500 rms is naturally not that loud.
pushing 900 rms to those subs will blow them unless you turn the gain way down.
keep it wired to 520 rms.
