Suggestion for shoes in studio class?
I slide everywhere especially in a plank while in my shoes in my studio class. I currently have a pair of under armour running shoes and I really don't like them for any of my studio classes. Can someone make a suggestion if a better pair to purchase to avoid the slipping? Thanks!

Get some $15 canvas ballet slippers. They are purposefully designed to have a cloth part for sliding and a split rubber sole for gripping.
