13 year old staying slim advice?

Hello well I have always been wondering on how to stay slim and I am really scared of gaining weight, I am 1,61m tall and I weigh 51 kg. I do diving lessons once a week for an hour and I also do 1 hour of tennis a week and one of exercise to music (cardio and strenght) I do some additonal work out at home (push ups and sit ups) and I am trying to get into a habit of not eating sweets and eating more fruit, at home we do cook everything from scratch so not loads of take aways or rady made meals, but could I get some help and advice on how to cut down bad foods, and what exercises to do (I mostly wanna concentrate on my tighs, arms and tummy)

    Don't worry so much! If you continue with this sort of mentality you're bound to develop an eating disorder. I know from personal experience, and it's not fun.

    Yes, you should stay in shape, you should take care of your body, but that doesn't mean you can't have the occasional treat! You're 13 years old, and one day you'll wake up and realize you waisted your childhood obsessing over your weight. That happened to me, and if there's anything I could take back, it would be my eating disorder, which started out very much how you are describing your routine.

    please don't obsess over weight,calories and sugar honey,live you teenage years free and flowing,don't obsess over that stuff,I would give everything to relive my teenage years ed free.
