How should I make this replica of the Elephant Building in Bangkok, Thailand?

I have a project and I have to make a replica of the Elephant Tower in Bangkok, Thailand. I wanted to make it with wood, but I do not have access to anything that may be able to cut wood. If there is a very thin wood that can be cut with scissors, that may work.

How should I go about making this?

Thank you :)

Here is a link to see the building:

Most architectural models are made with foam board or foam core which is available at hobby stores, although lots of other materials can be used. Wood such as balsa wood (and other woods) are also used, and are usually thin enough to cut with a razor knife. Try doing a web search for "how to make an architectural model" and you'll find plenty of websites on materials and tutorials.

..i think this is the wrong section and you should try asking in the handicrafts/hobbies section.

ur question has nothing to do with the country but rather on "how to construct" a certain item/model.

    cheers

It would not be easy but if you want to use wood how about toothpicks. Otherwise I would use cardboard.
