Classes to Take for Computer Major?

I'm graduating from high school in exactly one week. I'm going to a community college called Georgia Piedmont Tech for two years to take my prerequisites at a low cost, then I'm transferring to Georgia State University.

I was wondering, what classes should I take if I want to work in the area of software developer/computer forensics/computer programming/web developer?

Update:

Here are the list of classes offered:

    Hi Lana

If you are serious about a career in computers your best choice is a school that offers an ABET-accredited program.

    Here they are in Georgia:

    Armstrong Atlantic

    G-Tech

    Georgia Southern

    Kennesaw State

    Mercer

    Southern Polytech

    U of West Georgia

The two years at GPT is a fine idea. I suggest that you look over the degree requirements at one of the ABET schools listed above, including the "general ed" required courses [usually speech, history, English, a fine art, etc] and take as many of those courses as you can at GPT.

In your next to last semester apply to transfer over to the 4 year school. No need to stay for a Associates degree if you are confident that you will earn a Bachelors.

Your best bets are Mercer and Southern Poly

Good luck in your academic and professional career
