I'm 19 and I look after myself. I have always been hard working, mature, organised, independent and had good time management skills. I learned from a young age how to look after myself and I have picked up many useful skills which I cherish. I have been working hard at school and worked since the age of 16 and still continue to work while going to university, and I am living on campus and I look after myself very well - I am organised and I have a schedule I stick to. xoxo

I am 19 and legally an adult in my state. My parents are not obligated to provide or do anything for me at all. The only obligation I have to them is to pay off my tuition debt.

My mother is obligated by law to feed me regularly, send me to school or educate me somehow in accordance to the state's standards, facilitate medical care when I need it, and make sure that I am living under descent conditions.
Other than that, nothing. I am clothed, fed, healthy and educated. Everything else is a privilege.

I'm eighteen, they don't provide anything for me. I don't live with them.
When I did live with them they would provide food and shelter. I paid for my clothes, my school supplies, my bus passes, and all of my daughter's stuff. Around the house I only cleaned up my room and bathroom, and washed my clothes and dishes. I usually never left my room regardless.
