How many of the targeted groups did the IRS find cheating?

I'm sure it must have been in the news. I must have missed it. Anyone have links?

Update:

My question was meant to be sarcastic

Obviously you don't even know what the IRS is accused of doing. They are accused of, and admitted to, targeting applications for tax exempt status based on the political affiliations of the applicant. It's not a question of whether the organization was cheating. The point is that the IRS made these groups jump through hoops that other groups didn't have to jump through.

Taylor why wouldnt it be a issue? If they were indeed cheating does that mean they should get awau with it?

Why does Carl Roves super pack, Cross Roads, claim a tax exemption and yet they spent $70 million in political attack adds last year alone?

None, but they found that they could influence a National election by withholding 501 c status.
