How can I get back to a more normal sleep schedule?
This is the first summer I'm working, and I've gotten to a habit of staying up up till around 3 or 4 in the morning. But recently it's been till about 4 or 5 when I finally get to sleep. Does anybody have any tips or tricks that will help me get back to going to sleep around 1 or 2?

Eat before 8pm. No coffee or stimulants after.
Watch one sunset completely.
Go to bed at 1.30.
Put up thick curtains that keep out the light, or a dark blind if you still can't sleep. Have the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature.

Well, this was exactly my schedule last year but now i recovered and I go to sleep by 1am. I tried few things:
1.First 7-10 days were tough for me! I was a night owl since last 2-3 years and caused a lot of gastric problems. So, I had to switch off, no options really!
2. I had an evening run schedule in nearby park for atleast 1 hour and 1 hour of gym session.
3. My husband switched off from the innerspring mattress to comforpedic memory foam ones ( http://www.drsnooze.com/brands/comforpedic.html )
With all these help, after 2 weeks or so, I was really back to the schedule - wake up at 7 and go to sleep by 12-1am.
Can you try it? :)

Honestly i've been through this a lot and what worked perfectly for me is staying up 24 hours straight, yh crazy i know but it works. Keep yourself really busy, do any house work, sort out your wardrobe, exercise anything to keep you up. If that's too hard (believe me it's not easy) then do as much work throughout the day loads of exercise, tidying up, go for a walk anything that gets your heart pumping, by 11 you should be fast asleep. Then you can get back to a normal sleep schedule
