Is this a healthy lunch/snack?

Keep in mind that I would be taking this to school.

Lunch

*Turkey/chicken and cheese on wheat bread with some mayo and a lot of lettuce and tomatoes

*Fruit, about 1/2 to 1 serving

*Some kind of veggie, maybe carrots, celery, sweet peppers or cucumbers, about 1/2 to 1 serving

*Quinoa, koos koos or brown rice (a healthy seed/grain), about 1 serving

*Thermos of water

*Occasionally a sugar free sweet treat

Snack

*Hummus or tahini (sesame) sauce

*Healthy dipping chips, veggies or nuts

*Thermos of water

Is that was too many grains or too little veggies. Also, feel free to add, take away or change any items on my menu! Oh and lastly, the healthy chips would be vegetable chips or sometimes tortilla chips.

Try to eliminate the mayo, as it is high in Saturated Fat, in addition to that the cheese should be mozzarella, instead of cheddar, because mozzarella is high in fats,

Also try to avoid tortilla chips, they are not healthy at all. The veggy chips are better for your body.

I would not put mayo on your sandwich because its very high in calories and the cheese might be alot too... And not sure about the rice but the rest seems to be fine!
