How to prevent bad head trip while shrooming?

I'm doing shrooms alone in my room, and I'm really excited, but I remember last time I did this, I eventually got caught up in my own thinking. I eventually started thinking things like, "What do I want?" and "What is the point of anything?", which consequently sent me in to a depression for the second half of my trip.

Should I socialize with friends over Xbox? Last time, I was just sitting in bed watching Comedy Central.

Honestly shrooms are a weird drug, I feel like only certain types of people can enjoy them. I thought I would be someone who would love shrooms because I love smoking weed and doing MDMA occasionally...but shrooms was the worst experience of my entire life...not kidding. It started out alright but eventually as you said I got so caught up in my own thoughts that I started feeling so anxious and depressed that I was literally screaming and bawling and wanting to kill myself. I literally think if I did more than I had I would've killed myself....it was that bad. I lost complete control of myself, I couldn't look at anything because it would morph into something different and I felt like everything around me wasn't "mine" anymore...even my own hand and legs lol.

You are brave for wanting to try them again after having a not so great experience with them. I wouldn't ever do them again and I encourage you not to either. Chances are, if you got lost in your own thinking once it will probably happen again...

Sure we would, just like we heehawed when Dub couldn't find his way off stage and could figure out the door knob, and when Dub danced like a six year old waiting outside the whitehouse door. Sorry we had such a poor example in the past, but, our current prez is doing just fine and doesn't need any lowering of his pegs.

Remain calm. Once you panic, you can't calm down. Just chill out.
