When u get angry do something other,listen music,go out of house for sometime and thinK That i should not be angry like this and think u r hurting someone

You can not get "rid" of anger. you need to learn to let it out in a healthy yet useful way. Find something that can relief you, like sports or music or reading. you need to work hard and it doesn't come easily. The first step for you is to learn how to MANAGE this anger ( ex: anger management classes...) then you need to start thinking about ways to help you avoid this anger.

have patience be cool and mostly try counting from 10 to 1.... 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1....it works on me....

There are thing you need to worry about, you don't want to forget, write those things down on a diary or note, just forget for while, don't think about it. Be positive, thing of more worst things that can happen or people who are in a worst situation. Watching **** magazine, video, or sex, sleep, being with pets, helps. Do something that makes your mind busy like video games. Watch your favorite movies, listen to your favorite music. If you don't have any favorites find one.

=>flush out ur anger in good things like studying or in doing some exercises
