Good Acoustic Songs for a YouTube Cover Channel?

Preferably sung by a guy, or with lyrics easily changed to be from a guy's point of view. More popular songs are better. Thanks.

    Anything can be changed to an acoustic version. Here are some songs that have acoustic versions (im not sure what kind of music youre looking for…) :

    Skyway Avenue (acoustic)

    This is our Town (acoustic)

    Heavan Can Wait (acoustic)

    Say You Like Me (acoustic)
