If i count calories should i count my pre-workout snack ?

Im 16 amateur bodybuilder cutting, do i count my pre-workout as i should burn it off weight lifting

    I count all of my calories and then negate them with exercise by subtracting the burned calories. I love the app myfitnesspal because they have almost every food you could imagine and you can even create your own recipes or just add the number of calories if you wish. Then it tracks your progress and your exercises for you. The only problem with that app is that it doesn't negate calories for strength training, only cardio. There are, however, TONS of free apps for calorie calculators online.
