Overpronating Running Shoes?
I have wide feet and I tend to overpronate when running. I got shoes with really strong arch support to stop me from overpronating and they work well for that; however, they are bulky and rather uncomfortable to run in.
I was wondering about the shoes that stop overpronating, do I have to always wear them or do they train my meet so after X amount of months running in them, my problem is fixed and I can return to normal shoes? thanks

You may want to get your hips and/or lower extremity looked at by a chiropractor. Pronated feet can be a result of an imbalance of your hips or lower extremity. So wearing custom shoes may not correct the problem.

the ingredient of them is to restoration your ft. you're assume to place them in any shoe you placed on. yet once you have spikes on, you arent assume to placed on them considering you arent in them for a protracted volume of time.
