I'm moving to London in a couple of months so I wanted to know if I could take my pet sun conure with me. If I can, how do I? And how much money would it cost?

I will advise you to investigate from the appropriate body (e.g. Immigration or customs department)
However in Nigeria, Dogs and Cats must be accompanied by a health certificate and rabies certificate issued by a veterinary at point of origin.
The certificate may not be older than 1 week. Pets may enter as passenger's checked baggage or as cargo.

No, you can't import birds at all... too many diseases.
Other pets can go through a quarantine process, but not birds.
