How to get better hair?

I have great hair already, but I want it to be the best it can possibly be. My hair is very long, naturally straight, VERY VERY THICK, and light brown. (I'm serious when I say it's thick. Every hairdresser I've ever been to is always amazed.) It grows quickly. I don't use any blow dryers, straighteners, etc. it's not dyed and I stay away from chlorine pools. However it does tend to be a little on the dry side.

I already know a good diet is crucial. What I'm really wondering is what shampoos, conditioners, serums and the like I should use to make my type of hair be as shiny and healthy as possible.

What you can do, like for a long term solution, is to get a keratin treatment since that reduces volume and makes hair soft and smooth for a couple of months. I got it done and it made my hair sooo much easier to manage. I got one called cocoa keratin hair treatment, it doesn't straighten your hair, just loosens it up, gets rid of the frizz and makes it softer and shinier. You can get it online at beyas where I got mine, it comes with shampoos and stuff you need to keep the effect going. It's a really good option if you have impossibly thick hair.
