Has anyone tried "Protopic" (tacrolimus) for psoriasis? Your results?

    I don't have any personal experience with this treatment, but it sounds similar to something my father tried and had some success with.

    Something to remember when you are trying new psoriasis medications is that it's important to be educated about the potential risks associated with each treatment before you start using it. I've suffered some nasty side effects from an oral medication I used a while back.

    There's an interesting article about some of the studies performed on various psoriasis treatments that compares the risks etc. I'll put the address to the article at the bottom. Might not be for everybody I guess but it has really helped me a lot.

    Hi,
