What's an appropriate Pastafarian response to "May God have mercy on your soul"?

Assuming that when people say to me "May God have mercy on your soul" they are referring to my god, the great and almighty FSM, what would be an appropriate response?

Perhaps: "May His Noodly Appendage touch you too" ? Is that appropriate?

Well, it really depends on who is asking. If it's someone you don't want to talk to, just say something negative followed by "I guess I should be thankful I have a job in this economy". That usually ends the conversation. If you are in an interview for another job, just make up everything you can about your current job. Describe it like it's the place you wish it was. They like that crap. Nobody wants to hire a bitter employee. Internalize it all. Unleash it on your new coworkers after a few months. If it is a current coworker, tell them you enjoy the feelings of superior intelligence and common sense you get every day from working around the most clueless people you have ever come to despise. Chances are he/she won't really understand what you mean, but they'll probably sense you want to be left alone.

Personally, I partake of the Great Galatic Gator and tell them 'His clutch died for the glorious comfort of your feet', but the FSM could be just as simple as repling with R'Amen.

Nothing can beat "may God have mercy on your soul," it's just too good.

How about for once you all just try being civil and say 'Thank you". Most don't mean anything by it at all they are just trying to be nice.

Its the same for me with Christmas. I don't celebrate Christmas as I consider it the most pagan of pagan of days but when someone says to me "Merry Christmas" I don't tell them they are pagan or evil or lambaste them or preach at them or give a sarcastic or mean answer I just say "thank you" They mean well.

Ever just thought about being nice or is it a requirement of ape like decedents to attack and and act like the animals they declare themselves to be for every thing they think is an injustice? Yeah go figure.

go eat a banana ape man

May the Parmesan be sprinkled upon you.

"And upon yours also" is a good neutral response that won't get people upset at you because they feel you are making fun of them.

That is a good answer. It tells me you are an unbeliever who will one day be in hell, and that you crave negative attention.
