Is a 60 litre aquarium enough for an Albino Pleco?
I'm planning to purchase a 60 litre aquarium soon and I've been looking at different pet fish species in the local pet store. These little creatures caught my eye, but so did the fact that they can grow to 32 centimetres. Would a 60 litre be enough for two of them? I'm also considering purchasing three black finned sharks (which according to the store, they grow to 24 centimetres) too, and I've not yet decided on other species.
I'd also like to know which species can live together with the albino plecos and the black finned sharks and can also be fed on fish flakes.
I meant Silver Sharks (but they have black tipped fins).
@fish lover
Yes, I meant Bala Sharks (they are titled "silver sharks" in the store). I think I'll consider buying a larger tank then. In the event that I cannot get a larger tank, could you give me some ideas on which species I could purchase for a 60 litre instead?
@catx
That stocking guide will be very helpful, thank you! I've been looking for something like that. I'm glad I asked instead of jumping in without knowing what I'm doing ^^' The pet store should really have guides to stocking aquariums like this one :/ It would solve a lot of problems.

no , plecos need larger fish tanks than that. even the smallest species pleco such as bristle nose pleco needs minimum 25Gallons (92 liters ) as plecos they do produce a lot of waste more than they eat.
also sharks cannot be kept in 60 Liter too as it's small fish tank for keeping sharks.
edit:
do you mean bala sharks? http://www.google.lt/search?hl=en&site=imghp&tbm=i...
these sharks need to be in groups of 5 minimum and be in 200 Gallon fish tank minimum as they can grow as they can grow between 13-16 inches and these fish are active. in smaller tanks they will get stunted and might not live long.
for 60 liter fish tank i would suggest you to stock with:
1 male/female betta fish
8 dwarf rasboras
4 ghost shrimp or cherry shrimp or 4 pygmy cory cat fish
60 liter fish tank it's only suitable for small fishes here is my stocking idea 2:
1 dwarf gourami
6 hengels rasbora
2 shrimps such as ghost shrimp etc.

This is how you keep Balas:

That tank is 1,400 litres and 8 feet long. Look how small they make that tank look. These are BIG fish that need very very big tanks.
A 60 litre is a very very SMALL tank!
See here for stocking ideas for smaller tanks:
