Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. The Processor cannot be upgraded on most laptops as they are usually soldered to the motherboard. Replacing the processor would include replacing the motherboard as well. You can put that money into a new system. Dell does not recommend Processor Upgrades. If the system was shipped with a integrated video card then no option to upgrade the video card as well. However you can upgrade the memory and the hard drive on this system. Click on the below link for available upgrades for your system.
Thank you.
