I'm 17 years old, should I start using steriods?

I'm 17 years old 5 ft 8 and weigh 116lbs, I've been working out for almost a year before I started working out I was 105lbs, anyway I've been stuck at 116lbs for a while and my step dad who used to be a bodybuilder gave me a bag of anabolic steriods, they are small pink and shaped in a star shape and he told me to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, he said there are no side effects but I read online that there are alot of side effects so I really dint no what to do should I take them or not

    1. All steroids have side effects, but the bad side effect are not from the short term ones (hair loss, acne on back and chest, you can develop man boobs, your nut sack will shrink) the really bad ones are cancer, heart attack, kidney failure and much more, this ones can happen 20-30 years after you star taking them.

    2. You need to build a nice solid physique before taking steroids and steroids are a boost they wont do all the work, you will have to train harder and eat even more and drink 2-3 gallons of water a day if not your kidneys will shot down before you turn 18.

    3. You have to understand that the body is a living organism he learns and adapt, you just need to eat more and train a little harder.

No mate, roids are either for the lazy ones or the ones that has given up on pushing through beyond human capabilities, the natural way.

You might not be stuck but you may simply be doing something "wrong". No offense.

Are you eating well? How do you work out? How often do you work out? How much do you sleep? Do you drink alcohol? Are you doing the exercises properly?

There are so much information that is needed for us to determain if you're REALLY stuck, but I doubt you are.
