I know exactly who you are talking about. In all honesty, I think that user may in fact be the real Joe Biden. If you look at the times he's on here, and the things he says. Well, it is possible ol'Joe has an account on here to rant.
How hard is it to believe really? Joe Biden could easily have an account here to say things he can't in public. Who would ever know it was him?
