Please read at least...?

i am not looking for a diagnosis, i have an appointment on wednsday and i just want to have some kind of idea as to what could be wrong.. and if everything i'm saying makes any sense...

i have scoliosis, 50 degrees thoracic and 45 lumbar

02/12/2013 I had spinal fusion surgery from t-2 to t-12

making my curves 13 degrees thoracic and 20 lumbar

1 month post op: 15 degrees thoracic and 22 lumbar

2 month post op: 15 degrees thoracic and 35 lumbar

I was then braced and put in physical therapy

currently i am 3 months and 13 days post op and am experiencing multiple problems and i am curious as to what the problem could be.

let me start off by saying i am in more pain now than i was at 6 weeks post op...

i am experiencing:

-pain in my right shoulder blade/neck/arm

-my arm feels very heavy and very weak

- my arm feels tingly and like it woke up

-my right hand (pinky, ring finger and that half of my palm) is constantly falling asleep and if it's not feeling asleep its feeling tingly

- right above where my fusion begins my upper back/neckish area cracks A LOT and its a pretty sharp pain

-my right side/rib cage area feels as if there's a knife in it sometimes when i am just walking or sitting, but ALWAYS and when i sneeze, cough, laugh, and take a deep breath. this pain radiates from my back to the front

also...

about two weeks ago i attempted going to zumba class. i made it through two or three songs and had to stop. i put my hand on my back where all of the pain was stemming from and sort of rubbed. this was at the bottom of my fusion where the last two screws are located. when i rubbed back and fourth i could feel a clicking back and fourth.. and it hurt of course...

what are your thoughts? thank you so much for helping me have some kind of idea

sounds like a nerve problem. i don't know much about scoliosis or the treatment for it but the distribution of the pain sounds like it is linked to one of the nerves that start in your neck. seeing that you don't mention hurting your arm in any way, my guess is that it's linked to the nerve supply of your arm.
