Should i use a tampon today?
I have a verry irregular period and yesterday i was still bleeding but last night thier was onlh a little blood in my pad. I cant tell if i should use a tampon today, and i cant use a pad due to my plans for the day (dont ask) haha i dont want to use a tampon, have no blood and get tss, and i dont want to not wear one and bleed. Im wearing white shorts today. What do i do?

No, don't use a tampon.
With less or no blood tampons will absorb more vaginal moisture so this will result in increased vaginal tissue damage - as well as being uncomfortable this will significantly increase your risk of TSS. You can use pads, liners, menstrual cups, sponges, etc. but not tampons of any kind - otherwise if your flow is this light your period has likely ended so you may not need any menstrual products at all.

as long as you have it inserted all of the style you wont sense it. in case you're stressful whilst putting it you wont be waiting to get it each of ways in via fact your pelvic wall tenses up. attempt to take a seat down back as appropriate as you may (much less annoying suggested than performed) and attempt back in some days. Wait till the inflammation you have now could be long gone or it ought to easily finally end up hurting extra.

definitely wear a tampon if you are wearing white shorts and there is any sort of chance you may bleed
