What is wrong with my eyes?

Since January i've noticed i've been getting these very tiny whitish spots on my lower eyelids. First it was just my right eye, and now it's also my left. I usually notice them when i wake up, its just one spot on either my right or left lower eyelid and by the next few days they're gone! I've done research on the internet and so far nothing matches my description. They are not painful or itchy, they don't swell or become red or bleed and are not crusty either. I tried to pop them and they usually get smaller and disappear by themselves but why do I keep getting these? Please don't scare me and say its eye cancer, i'm a hypohcondriac so I would die if you scared me! I have been to the doctor he said it was an infection and gave me drops, but i get them again and again and i can't keep on going to the doctors! I am using frequent eye makeup but i stopped using it to see if it was because of it but i still got them!
