New Amphetamine Shriek
I don't have a bedtime,
I don't need to ***,
For I have become an amphetamine bum.
If you don't like sleeping and don't want to screw,
Then you should take lots of amphetamine too!
I'm always excited, I just love to walk!
My jaws keep on moving and churning out talk.
I love to draw pictures in layers and layers,
and say the words backwards, when I say my prayers!
These stimulant games can make life so sweet.
I can walk down streets without moving my feet.
My brain works so fleet, I can outwit the heat.
And I never feel beat, and I don't need to eat!
There's nine bouncing people, in one little room.
The vectors are threading eternity's loom.
It's not bad for brain cells, the doctors proclaim.
It's almost as safe as that good old cocaine!

I don't think that I would give this guy a second look or a second thought. But if I did, I would also think of a good bar of soap, and a nice haircut. His "style" tells me nothing new that I didn't see or hear outside certain bookstores where cultural poets refuse to conform without having to propose something to counterbalance their negativism. And to tell you the truth. our Tuli looks (and writes) much worse.
I do not know of ANY real doctors who proclaim that the Amphetamines are not bad for the brain cells.
I know for a fact that ALL Doctors and Pharmacists tell you to stay away from ALL crop.
Which means that our Tuli tries to misinform people about the role of Doctors in our life.
And he is vested appropriately for this exact occasion: Hippy (from the 1960s) clothes and unwashed look!

Wonderful poem!
One line however, "The vectors are threading eternity's loom." belongs in a different and even better poem. Here it just muddles the plain English of the rest.

Dancing the quick-step with a partner named Grace
You will hear Salsa and fall on your face
Your friend's will not call you, giving up hope
It's been weeks since you used your soap on-a-rope

Your teeth will fall out and "Yo's,! that your Breath"!?
