    Find yourself a formalized training schedule online. The ones at Runner's World are good, but there are many others. It would just take a Google search.

    Having a predetermined running schedule helps keep you on track and organized for something as big as a marathon. 26.2 miles is a serious undertaking, you need to give yourself lots of time to prepare and have a good plan.
