To be honest I am not too sure what the question is. I highly doubt there is a country in our modern age that is capable of throwing a nuclear weapon. I do not mean physically, I mean mentally (in a sense). if anyone were to drop an atomic bomb at another country, it would be erased from the map in seconds.
Well, anyone but the United States of America of course.

The way Nwaz shareef was crying today in front of the public it seems to me that within 2 years there will be 3 parts or different countries within this area name Pakistan.one will under China another will be under America and 3rd one will be known as Taalivaanistan.
