Why do all 600cc super sport motorcycles run 120/70 180-190/55 tires?
1.- What is the advantage of running those tires sizes?
2.- Does it help with turn in, and cornering dynamic geometry?
3.- Is there an advantage to run these wheel and tires on other performance built motorcycles?
4.- And the big question why are the tire manufacturers going bigger with /60 profiles (Pirelli), and 190 series tires (Dunlop)?

They dont all have that sizes, its just a very popular size.
1) Good conbo of turn in vs straight line performance.
2) If you run a 170 it will turn in quicker then a 180, but depending on the carcass design, you (may) have less grip in the corner. Not always the case.
3) The profile depends on the carcass shape. It can change the point ( the tip of the tyre that touches the ground when the bike is upright) by changing the profile. The latest K series of Dunlops slick for instance have a very sharp point on the front but a large flatter sidewall before the profile for extra grip. Its the same on the rear, but of course its larger for straight line grip.
A 190 is totally overkill for a 600 cc. (if) it even fits in the swingarm it will create too much rolling weight & lagg. It will also corner with to much rolling push into the corner. The whole point of a 600 is to be fun in the bends with just enough punt to almost keep up with larger bikes on the straights.
Changing up is a bad idea, but for a tight twisty circuit then a thinner rear will always work well.

"i'm novice to exercises bike .." this is exactly the intent WHY you shouldnt get a sportbike to be trained on. Dirtbike using has no relevance to street driving. These machines are twice as heavy speed up twice as rapid 3x the horsepower top velocity is 3x rapid absolutely special ergonomics you have no avenue experience on a motorcycle start out small and work your approach up.
