According to Wiki, they are not taking any official stance on the inquiry.

no, they are no way related in anyway to each other fortunately Judge Andrew Napoltiano is a very brilliant man who has been in the justice system for years and he has experience in that field and know what the law is about Janet Napoltiano how ever has no experience in security and protecting the country what so ever

Yes. The judge is embarrassed to admit it but this is his crazy sister that was released from a mental institution couple of years ago.
