Revelation chapter 20 - 11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation chapter 21 - 21 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
Some people have been given real visions of heaven and/or hell or experienced one of them in near death experiences. These three videos show examples. The last link is a test you can do to see where you are currently headed.

John 3:16: For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
If you believe Jesus died for your sins, that you HAVE sinned and done wrong things, then you can pray: Dear God, I believe that You died on the cross for me, and thank you for it. I also believe that I'm a sinner, and I need Your forgiveness. I want to be a part of Your Heavenly family now, and to receive Your everlasting gift of salvation. In Jesus' Name, Amen."
John 6:47: Truly, truly I say to you: whoever believes has eternal life.
John 8:24: I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.
So anyone who is a Christian has accepted the Holy Spirit into their heart and become part of God's family, and they will go to Heaven when they die. WWJD! :)

Here is a nice verse:
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
