Panic attacks with the exact same symptoms of a heart attack?
Anyone else have these? I have them that come with everything heart attacks do... from jaw pain to arm pain and chest pain and pressure my heart beats really hard and races like crazy I feel like I'M dying every time... I feel weak. My left arm has shooting p as in and gets really heavy...

This sounds more like a cardiac problem. Panic attacks can cause cardiac symptoms, but it is very unusual for you to experience the radiating pain that you are. Those are classic heart attack symptoms. You should see a doctor. They can refer you to a cardiologist if necessary.

Uh.....you have not even read one single posting. Every single one under Heart Disease is a teenager with anxiety or panic attacks asking if they're having a heart attack.
