These questions pop up all the time, sometimes they ask where they can get a tattoo without parental permission and often they claim they're very mature for their age and can't wait until they're 18.
Thankfully, all the answers I've seen have explained why it's not worth going to see someone who's willing to break the law for money.

It is illegal to tattoo a minor in the UK unless it's for medical purposes performed by a qualified professional but unfortunately the UK still has it's share of shops opened by people who are barely know how to tattoo and are just in it for the money. The coverage of the law comes under the tattooing of minors act 1969 but unfortunately doesn't get enforced as much as appropriate. Anyone getting a tattoo under the age of 18, unless they deceive a legitimate artist or the artist's willing to risk criminal prosecution will probably end up with a poor quality tattoo they'll regret.

I haven't seen one, because you can go to any shop you want to with parental consent and get tattooed. Normally there are people here that are trying to find a place to be sneaky and get a tattoo behind their parents back. Or they will word the question as "where can I find a good shop/artist in _________?" and not bother stating their age because they have permission anyway. But to keep it semi short, I have not seen a question like this.

In the UK, you can't give parental consent for tattooing, period.
You have to be 18, and provide photo ID to be tattooed legally in the UK.
