Anyone like reading about Pirates?

I've written a historically-based pirates series, The Pirate Empire, and right now (for a limited time) the first book is free!

In real life, England got rid of her pirates by pardoning them, letting everyone off the hook for all their crimes. I wondered what would have happened if they had decided to fight instead. The Pirate Empire is the story of how the rising power of the pirates eventually met the Royal Navy in outright confrontation.

(With a little magic, sex and romance thrown in just for fun.)

Check it out and tell me what you think!

There was a famous Irish Piratess called Red Grainne and she was the scourge of the west coast of Ireland and hated by the English.

She was based on Achill Island, and its most famous character.

Google Achill Island and you will find her, along with a fascinating history of the Island itself.

Source(s): Throw her into the mix for a sequel.

I've been looking for something a little different. I'll place this to my Kindle today. Looks to be a fun read.

    Thanks
