Can shower water have Amoeba in it?

I breathed some shower water through my nose that was warm and i'm not sure if there are brain eating amoeba in shower water?

PLEASE HELP!

    If you are in a city that has municiple water source, no, it has no amoeba in it.

    It also happens to be the same water you cook with ....

    All water probably does. If you've been drinking it all this time, I wouldn't worry about brain eating bacteria. The bad stuff is filtered out.
