You can probably start jackin it like right now, and smoking will have to wait till its healed up properly or you run the risk of infection

I'm assuming you are asking a question about the dangers of smoking while you beat the bishop. The tonsillectomy thing is just a passing comment. Like saying "I just finished folding my laundry, what's the difference between a nautical and statute mile?"
