If a spouse is morbidly obese and will not even listen to their spouses concerns - should that spouse leave?

This guy yells at his wife if she expresses concern to him about how much pop he drinks, ect. I mean he is 400 lbs and has to walk with a cane cuz he is so fat. He can be a nice guy when he wants to be but I feel sorry for his wife cuz she is the one who has to try to confront him about it.

Tell him to start juicing and high quality vitamin supplements and walk 4 miles per day, 2 miles in the morning and 2 in the evening for 2 hours total. Drink plenty of water.

His wife is trying to show her love and concern by badgering him, but maybe a different tact would be helpful. First, sit down with him and rationally discuss the health issues and so on. If that doesn't work demand he go to counseling of some kind. If he refuses, she should consider leaving him - in his present condition he is self-destructive and will drag her down with him.

I don't think that spouse should leave bc that would make matters worse, and if something happens to them that spouse will be one to blame.

They can both do fun activities together that will help him lose weight w.o that spouse saying so.

There married for a reason, go through it thick and thin

She does not have to nag him, just don't buy it for him. If he wants it, then he can get it himself. She is not depriving him of nutrition, if nothing else, the walk, even from the car to the store would be considered exercise.

I would say that she should if she wants to save his life because sometimes intense pain is all someone has to get someone to listen. She shouldn't cheat, she should just divorce him

women should never be married to a guy who makes them feel anchored for long long long years periods of time. its just not right.

She should leave and not give it a second thought. There is no excuse for him being abusive.

Yes. That would be grounds for divorce. I would give him plenty of opportunity to fix it but if he refused, I would check out.
