Hunting knife question?

I just said hunting knife so it'd make it easier to categorize. Kershaw Knives USA, or are they? The knives I'm seeing have no date stamps and do NOT say MADE IN USA anymore. Instead it says KEN ONION DESIGN, and SPEEDSAFE USA. That does NOT make me comfortable, because MTECH USA has USA on their knives, and we ALL know they aren't American made. Can someone be of some assistance to me please? I want a Kershaw Blur, but I want it to be American Made.

I don't see that it matters where the knife is made as long as it is quality. I seriously would rather see some kid make 5 cents an hour is some sh**hole country so that he can eat rather than beg or dumpster dive for dinner.

Quality-wise, I have no problem with Kershaw, same for customer support and warranty.

If the made in USA is important to you AND you do not want (or can't afford) a custom knife, take a good look at the Bucks. Made right up the road from me, chances are one of my friends will have a part in making your knife.

Reviewing different knife metal types may help you identify the country of manufacture because different knife metal types often provide the country origin of the knife metal alloy.
