  • XS Sight Systems? Big Dot Vs Std Dot?

I've got a Ruger SP-101 and it's a 2.25" bbl. There's just a metal ramp rear sight, so the whole "Dot The i." wouldn't come into play would it? Would I be better off getting something else? What would you prefer? Thanks.

  • 16 Gauge Shotgun question? Damascus Steel.?

I've got a circa 1900 Utica Firearms Double Barrel shotgun. It says FINE DAMASCUS on the barrel. It was in the home of a heavy smoker, and it's got a thick layer of yellow nicotine on it. How do I go about cleaning it off? Thanks.

  • I'm buying a CZ-P01 9mm, and I don't like the stock sights on it. What are my options?

I've looked and Meprolight makes sights for this model, BUT I've HEARD that sights for the CZ-75B are interchangeable with the P01. Is this true? Thanks

  • What are some of the "best" .45's for Concealed Carry?

I'm a large man at 6'6 270lbs. I only own one other handgun, and it's a 6" Ruger GP100. My hands fit perfectly on the stock hogue grips, so I guess you can see I have large hands. I've got a $1,000 budget. I've been leaning towards the Sig Sauer P220 Carry. I'd like to know some other options, and that's why I'm here. What do you think would be the ideal .45 for me to carry? Yes, I know it comes down to how it feels in my hand, and blah blah, well that's why I would like you to SUGGEST some other options. Thank you.

  • Do I have erectile dysfunction?

First off, I'm 23 years old. Don't assume that it's anxiety, because it's not. I've recently went through a breakup with my girlfriend of 4 years, and for the last 8 months I haven't been able to get or maintain an erection. I can't even get an erection when I'm masturbating, and on the rare occasion that I can get one, it'll go away as fast as it came, if I try to do anything with it. One other important detail, is that I haven't had a 'morning wood' for this last year, I didn't think anything of it until it came up in conversation & my now ex thought it was weird. I've started dating again, and I've had to had this conversation with her already, and it was uncomfortable. My doctor, before he left, gave me 4 samples of Cialis, and it was wonderful. My new doctor, the last time I brought this up to him told me it was anxiety, well I'm sorry, but the only anxiety I have now is going to him again to ask him for help. The only medication I'm on is Adderall XR 30mg once daily, and I've been on it for 15+ years. Please give me your honest answers. Thanks.

  • Ruger GP100 problem?

I've dry fired it and everything works perfectly, but out of the 30 rounds of 130gr .38s the cylinder "locked" up on a few rounds. I couldn't fire it SA or DA. I'd have to open the cylinder, turn it and then close it again.....sometimes it would happen right afterwards. I then noticed it wouldn't do it if I held the gun perfectly horizontal between shots. What could this be? Thanks.

  • How can I view my youtube history?

It's only letting me see about 50 videos. It says Watch History (9,721), so I'm assuming that's how many videos that I have watched? Is it possible to view them all? Thanks.

  • What's a good family beach in Florida?

We're planning a family getaway in June, and there will be 4 adults +18, one 16 year old, and two ~5 year olds. We want something on the gulf, and when I mean on the gulf, I mean ON THE GULF. I don't want to walk across the street to get to the beach, I want a hotel on the beach, or with a room view of the gulf. We're looking at Destin, FL & St. Petersburg right now, but we want a family friendly beach with plenty of activities around to keep us busy. We originally were going to go to Siesta Key, but they don't have anything ON the gulf. I'd love to hear your experiences and advice! Thank you very much.

  • Why is the price so drastically different in these revolvers?

I'm looking at a blued 6" revolver made by Ruger, and it's $625. Then a 3" in SS, is about $150 more. I get they are different finishes.....but is it because one is more concealable and has a bigger demand? Thanks.

  • I want to get into metal detecting but?

I'm not sure what a good entry level detector would be? I have a 150 budget, and I've been pointed towards a Garrett ACE 150, and then someone said a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV, Some said a Bounty Hunter QuickSilver....I want to find everything from old silver, gold, copper, nickel, brass.....I want something that'll do it all, but on a budget. I hope someone out there knows what they're talking about, because I don't have the slightest idea. Thanks.

  • I need a cigar aficionado's help?

I'm a complete noob when it comes to cigars, but I recently purchased (2) Artuo Fuente Petit Corona's and I LOVED them. If you're familiar with them, I'd love to know of some more cigars like them. I'd REALLY like them to be Artuo's or Rocky Patels. I don't want to spend a lot of money on cigars and not enjoy them.....I'm going to get more of the Petit Corona's but I want to EXPAND my palette. Someone told me RP Vintage 1992, I'd like to hear more opinions. Can you help me? Thanks.

  • Question for cleaning an aquarium?

I'm cleaning my aquarium, and it's been a month since I've had it. I took the betta out, and I put him in a bowl full of the same water, and the heater. I removed all of the rocks and let all of the debris get sucked into the filter. It's been about 3 hours now, the water looks 95% clear, excpet fine particles. I was wondering if it'd be alright to replace the missing water, add the rocks back, and add him back into his home? Since I've heard changing all the water at once can kill it.

  • I've got a question about taking care of a Betta fish?

I've got a Betta, and he's alone in a 5 gallon tank. I've got a Aquaclear 20 on it, and it filters just fine. The only thing he'll eat is Omega One Brine Shrimp, the freeze dried kind. On the cannister it says it won't cloud the water, and it doesn't. When I do water changes, with the gravel vacuum, it seems like it sucks more water out than anything, and I heard that changing more than 20% at a time can stress the fish out and cause it to die. Well, back to my question....after I changed 20% of the water, it stirred all the debris up at the bottom. Do I just leave it there? Or do I move him to a smaller tank and do a thorough cleansing of the tank/rocks/ornaments?

  • Hunting knife question?

I just said hunting knife so it'd make it easier to categorize. Kershaw Knives USA, or are they? The knives I'm seeing have no date stamps and do NOT say MADE IN USA anymore. Instead it says KEN ONION DESIGN, and SPEEDSAFE USA. That does NOT make me comfortable, because MTECH USA has USA on their knives, and we ALL know they aren't American made. Can someone be of some assistance to me please? I want a Kershaw Blur, but I want it to be American Made.

  • I just watched 12 Monkeys for the first time, I'm confused. Surprise right?

He see's himself get killed as an adult, but doesn't know that it's him. So is he cursed to grow up and re-live everything over and over again like a time-loop? If you want to fully explain the film to me, be my guest. Please, if you do, tell it like you'd tell a 8 year old. I'm pretty confused by this movie.
