Do I have erectile dysfunction?

First off, I'm 23 years old. Don't assume that it's anxiety, because it's not. I've recently went through a breakup with my girlfriend of 4 years, and for the last 8 months I haven't been able to get or maintain an erection. I can't even get an erection when I'm masturbating, and on the rare occasion that I can get one, it'll go away as fast as it came, if I try to do anything with it. One other important detail, is that I haven't had a 'morning wood' for this last year, I didn't think anything of it until it came up in conversation & my now ex thought it was weird. I've started dating again, and I've had to had this conversation with her already, and it was uncomfortable. My doctor, before he left, gave me 4 samples of Cialis, and it was wonderful. My new doctor, the last time I brought this up to him told me it was anxiety, well I'm sorry, but the only anxiety I have now is going to him again to ask him for help. The only medication I'm on is Adderall XR 30mg once daily, and I've been on it for 15+ years. Please give me your honest answers. Thanks.

Update:

It's not CIALIS, it was LEVITRA.

    It's not MS. Moron.

We don't always wake up with morning wood. sometimes we get a number of erections over the night. If you wake up with it is just coincidence.

Stop having these conversations with women. It's okay to hold some things on your chest. You don't have to share EVERYthing. Even if you need to take cialis undercover, do it.

But regardless of what you say, I still STRONGLY suspect it's some sort of mental block. Might not be anxiety, other mental states can keep arousal from reaching your penis. Do a search for Mr. Manpower's Guide, it really helped me get my erections back. It doesn't just address the mental aspect, there are physical exercises for stronger erections as well

Ok, please listen to me. The medicine is easy to obtain, so do not sweat the ED stuff. You are young and people's opinions can cut deep. Four years with a girl is a long time and it has had an effect on you in some way. Also, 30 mg of amphetamine daily may need to be challenged. Regardless, the answer is out there - your actions will make love and kindness the priority. ED is not a permanent issue unless you want it that way. Real love, not just a sex act, will make it all good. Be patient.

    Multiple Sclerosis.

*sigh* I don't like your honest answer so I'm gonna pout and give you a thumbs down :(.......Seriously, you asked for a reasonable explanation that wasn't anxiety and you got one. Don't ask questions if you're not prepared to here the answers.
