Will I be able to run games at max settings?

Intel Core i5-4670K CPU and an AMD 7850 GPU.

    It depends on what you mean by max. You will be able to play basically any game at 30+ fps with no to 2x aa. You wouldn't be able to max out crysis 3 or metro last light though.

    Try Metro Last Light on max, and good luck with that :D

    But still.. this is strong build (I presume you have other components that go with these two).

    Maybe you can upgrade by adding one more GPU on crossfire, or selling this one and buying 7950, 7970 or the one I strongly recommend GTX770, but this is only if you want everything to the max.
