What the heck is Yahoo doing with the mail NOW?

I finally got used to the new "improved" Yahoo mail, though I still prefer Classic Mail.  Then yesterday, I log onto my account and find that the nerd elves have been busy again.  There is an ad across the bottom of the mail screen, which cuts off space that used to be used by incoming mail.  The space above this has been shrunk - looks like they've increased the size of the ad on the right, as well.  And instead of the mail being in pages, it's now on a continuous scroll.  This last part is the worst for me because I get a lot of mail I don't really want or need.  I used to be able to click up at the top and it would check all the items on the page.  I would then just go down and uncheck anything I actually wanted to read.  Then just hit delete, and I'm left with just the stuff I want.  With the scroll effect, I can't do that because it would take forever to uncheck every mail item I've ever received since I started getting email back in 2002.  Does anybody know of any way I can get out of this mess?  I'm actually starting to miss the old screen.  And I can't believe I just typed that.  Thanks.

Giving obviously incorrect answers should be reason enough to have answer deleted, so I check my links after posting.
You should try this link http://mrd.mail.yahoo.com/switchclassic this should give you classic mail version, best to bookmark link new mail may reset after closing. This link still works as of posting, click on it and see.
Enjoy it while you can, the week of the execution of classic, for the high crime of working well and delivering useful service preferred by many, is upon us. May have mercy on our souls, as it looks like Yahoo! will not.

There is NO LINK available that will take you back to Classic/Original Yahoo Mail and continue to work PERMANENTLY. Here is a solution that DOES work and works very well. I have multiple Yahoo accounts and I have used this method with each of them with great success.....

There is a way that just involves a few mouse clicks. It sounds like you want to go back to the ORIGINAL/Classic Yahoo Mail. I have found a way to do just that

For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools/Internet Options/Security, go to "Custom Level”....scroll down to "Active Scripting". Click on “Disable”. Hit OK. Refresh the page (f5) while you are still signed into Yahoo Mail to switch back. 

Be sure to go back in the same way and “Enable” Active Scripting again...(and NO it won't revert to the Beta version of Yahoo Mail)

In Options, click “Permanent” to stay in the original version. Do not click the “One Time” option. Voila! You now have Yahoo Classic Mail back.

For Safari: Open Settings, Click on Preferences, Click Security, Uncheck “Enable Java” and then Enable JavaScript

For Firefox: Open Tools, Options, Content, Click “Disable JavaScript”. Hit f5 to refresh the page while you are still in Yahoo Mail to switch back

The NERDY ELVES have made a new DEVOLUTION too.... if you search for mail in your inbox you will find ads there now. Say if you searched Korea, at the top of your inbox (inside it!!) will be an ad for Korean Air or something like that, and then below will be any of your REAL MAIL. Yahoo have turned into a bunch of bums, they've sold any dignity they had remaining.

i'm sorry to pay attention this. i think of you obtain some gr8 solutions going there......Unblocking below thoughts is physically powerful. Sawman, I nevertheless have not have been given my Yahoo Messenger to artwork, and that i chanced on that my 360 avatar isn't exhibiting. Heck, i'm not actual laptop savvy, my chum, yet, stable success!! i'm crossing my palms for you, and sitting in my Indian type place for stable success to bypass your way!! :-)
