What happened to all those "victims" who came forward to accuse Donald Trump of sexual misconduct before the election?
I'm sure Trump has never been a paragon of virtue, as the saying goes, but I found it more than a little suspicious that there were so many of them just before the election. Especially since we haven't heard a peep out of them since he won. Makes me think they were paid to be there and now they've served their purpose so we won't see them anymore. Any thoughts?
11 AnswersPolitics4 years agoMy computer seems to be slow and it s hard to play streaming videos.?
Recently, my computer crashed and we had to wipe Windows XP off and reinstall it. I have reinstalled all the drivers, I think, and everything seems okay except when I try to play videos (such as on hulu), the audio and video are not in sync. The audio comes first and then there is about a two second delay for the video. Also, my computer seems to be taking longer to connect with certain sites online. I am running Firefox, but I have also tried running Chrome and that didn t help. Everything was fine before I had to reinstall Windows. Any ideas? Thanks.

1 AnswerBooks & Authors6 years agoWhat has happened to my Yahoo homepage?
I was reading an article, then I just came back to my Yahoo homepage, and it's completely different! All the news stories are lined up in blocks, the left side is purple and confusing, and there's nowhere to give any feedback. Help! I HATE this! What can I do?
2 AnswersOther - Yahoo Products7 years agoHas Barack Obama left more fainters in his wake than Paul McCartney?
Seriously, since Day One people have been fainting at his speeches. The pregnant diabetic woman who almost fell over behind him as he gave a speech on how great Obamacare is - luckily Obama sensed this and "leaped" (according to the media) to save her by holding her arm - is just the latest in a long string of fainters.
7 AnswersPolitics8 years agoDoes everybody understand just what a "government shutdown" really means?
I didn't realize that only about a quarter of the government functions will shut down - passport office, air traffic controllers, parks, etc. - things Congress votes on paying for. Social Security payments, medicare, medicaid, military pay, veterans benefits, food stamps, etc. - these things will not be affected.
10 AnswersPolitics8 years agoWhy are those single wrapped cheese slices so shiny?
They look and taste like the plastic they're wrapped in. Is something from the plastic leeching onto the cheese? Regular sliced cheese doesn't shine like that.
3 AnswersCooking & Recipes8 years agoWhat the heck is Yahoo doing with the mail NOW?
I finally got used to the new "improved" Yahoo mail, though I still prefer Classic Mail. Then yesterday, I log onto my account and find that the nerd elves have been busy again. There is an ad across the bottom of the mail screen, which cuts off space that used to be used by incoming mail. The space above this has been shrunk - looks like they've increased the size of the ad on the right, as well. And instead of the mail being in pages, it's now on a continuous scroll. This last part is the worst for me because I get a lot of mail I don't really want or need. I used to be able to click up at the top and it would check all the items on the page. I would then just go down and uncheck anything I actually wanted to read. Then just hit delete, and I'm left with just the stuff I want. With the scroll effect, I can't do that because it would take forever to uncheck every mail item I've ever received since I started getting email back in 2002. Does anybody know of any way I can get out of this mess? I'm actually starting to miss the old screen. And I can't believe I just typed that. Thanks.
4 AnswersOther - Yahoo Mail8 years agoI can't open Microsoft Home And Student Office 2010?
I am running Windows XP and I have Microsoft Home and Student Office 2010. I had uninstalled it a while ago, but I recently reinstalled it. Now I can't get it to open and I get a message saying Patch Package can't be opened, please verify that it exists. I have tried to fix this by downloading the Microsoft Fixit program, but there is nothing on there that addresses my problem. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks.
5 AnswersOther - Computers8 years agoWhy doesn't this application file know I'm running Windows XP?
I had to replace my old hard drive and assumed that I had lost all my old files. I'm a computer dinosaur and still don't understand how everything works. However, I find a file in My Documents which I have been told is an application file. When I point at it with the pointer, it says Windows Office 2010, which I was using before the old hard drive died. The problem is, when I try to open it, I first get a message saying it's extracting the files and then I get a message saying this requires XP or later version. Windows XP is all I've ever run on this computer, and it was reinstalled after the new hard drive was put in. How do I get the file to recognize that I'm running XP? Also, a lot of times I get the message Windows Installer. Does this have anything to do with it? None of my recent files has a problem like this. Please help. Thanks.
1 AnswerOther - Computers8 years agoDoes anyone else find that commercial creepy?
The one where the man gives his finace's daughter the same romantic bracelet that he gave her? Maybe I just have a cynical mind, but this thing screams pedophile to me.
3 AnswersDrama8 years agoDoes this mean I won't have to hear about the Mayan Doomsday Prophecy anymore?
Or are we now going to get people coming out of the woodwork with a "corrected" interpretation, like all the previous end-of-the-world frootloops?
6 AnswersPolitics8 years agoHas Obama never voted before?
Watching the news coverage of Obama voting, and there he was with one of the observers pointing things out to him on the voting machine screen. Has the man never voted before, or is this just one more thing he can't do without help?

7 AnswersPolitics9 years agoIs there a square inch of this country that wasn't occupied by "Native Americans"?
It's a fair question, since Obama signed the treaty with the UN for the "fair" treatment of "indigenous people" and now we're supposed to hand over the Mount Rushmore area to the local tribes. We've all seen what ridiculous lengths Liberals will go to in their fever to be politically correct. Once they get started, nothing is safe. So I'm asking, which piece of land can they not confiscate because it was "stolen" from their ancestors?

1 AnswerCell Phones & Plans9 years agoCan I use this remote to operate a tv?
I have an old (2003) Emerson tv that someone gave me. The remote was no longer with it. Now I need to use a remote to program my tv because the apartment building is rewiring for cable instead of dish. I have found an old Emerson remote that we used to use many years ago. However, it doesn't have a "Setup" or "Code" button on it. All the internet instructions say I need to use the "Setup" or "Code button to program. At the top is a button that says tv/vcr. Does this sound like something I can use with my Emerson tv? Thanks.
