Why does people think im spoiled. especially my boyfriend?

Hi im 17 and female. All my clothes were given to me (none are brand names) I am in army cadets and got paid to go to camp so i paid to get a new bed (the ditch is actually better to sleep in cause its so hard) i also adopted a dog at the s.p.c.a.. My bed room is really small, enough for my small bed and my brothers old small dresser. And i got a phone for last Christmas with money i saved up from earlier birthdays and Christmas's. I am very grateful for ecerything i have and i dont ask for anything. But my boyfriend says im super spoiled and everything he has is new and all expensive.
