What do you think is happening?

Ive been having such strange dreams lately, and now this.... I have a lot on my mind...

Why Is it that I always feel like someone is watching me, or calling my name. Sometimes I swear I cant breath, and ill get dizzy and lose conciseness. Its strange, I will be talking with someone and a friend will come up and ask who I was talking to and ill point to the person I was talking to and they wouldn't be there... another thing is sometimes Ill think ill be at home, and ill get stabbed and i would just wake up with a pain in the EXACT spot I was stabbed...sometimes I get terrified when I look in the mirror too because Ill see myself all bloody, and cut up. No one in my family has schizophrenia so it cant be that... help?
