and the SAT is out of 2400
I also plan on applying to Upenn, Emory, and Rice University

Well since you're graduating next year, you can retake the SAT if you want, but you want to do it no later than October or possibly December, depending on the deadline. And even if you don't get accepted into UofM, there are other top tier schools that will take you. Good luck in your future endeavors :).

The college's website will give you a good idea of your chances of being accepted. Remember that when an average is given, there were higher and lower scores/GPAs/etc.

Yeah, you get in. May need to retake the ACT, while you're at it.
